The Brief
Operating within Queenstown’s premium short-stay accommodation market, the project required systems that were both visually refined and highly dependable in day-to-day use.
The electrical and lighting design needed to enhance the guest experience while remaining practical to service and maintain across multiple apartments.

Behind The Build
Simplicity and reliability were major considerations throughout the project, particularly given the demands of short-stay accommodation. Systems were designed to remain intuitive for guests while still allowing efficient access and servicing behind the scenes.
Lighting also played a significant role in shaping the feel of the apartments, with warm layered lighting helping create a welcoming atmosphere both internally and externally throughout the evenings.

The completed apartments combine practical functionality with refined presentation, delivering a premium accommodation experience suited to Queenstown’s high-end visitor market.
