Designed as a highly detailed architectural residence, The Beacon Point Project required careful coordination across lighting, automation, climate control and energy systems to ensure every element worked seamlessly together.
From the early stages of the build, the focus was on creating a home that felt refined, intuitive and future-ready without compromising the architectural vision of the property.

From the warmth of the lighting through to the seamless integration of comfort and technology behind the scenes, every detail was designed to complement the architecture and enhance the way the home is lived in.
A key focus of the project was ensuring technology remained discreet throughout the home. Lighting placement, equipment positioning and cable routing were carefully considered to preserve clean lines and minimise visual clutter.
Particular attention was also given to outdoor spaces, with layered landscape lighting and automation systems designed to enhance both functionality and atmosphere throughout the property.
